Steve Abbott - CEO

Steve owns an independent consulting firm after a long, successful career with General Motors in North America, Europe, and Asia. As Director of Asia Pacific Supply Operations in Australia, his team produced double digit performance improvements in distribution costs and lead-time, material stock-outs, order-delivery lead time and delivery reliability and quality. As Director of GM’s Program Management Office for Global Volume Planning, Steve was responsible for business process development and IT systems prototype for “real-time” sales and operations planning. Steve is an engineer with MBA and over 20 years experience in manufacturing plant management, corporate strategic planning, process engineering.

William F. Burger - Chief Sales officer

Bill is an experienced senior executive and entrepreneurial leader directing business operations and marketing and sales initiatives for the automotive industry. He has successfully led high performance teams in business restructurings, turnarounds and startup situations, transforming organizations into competitive, market-driven entities. He has broad experience in the automotive aftermarket including sales to the remanufacturing industry, accessory sales to dealers and distributors, and component sales to niche OEM’s and specialty vehicle manufacturers. He also has experience in obsolete tooling disposition, asset recovery, industrial powertrain sales, and the automotive restoration parts market.

Michael McGrath - Chief Technical Officer

Mike’s expertise lies in the arena of supply chain engineering, shipping container design and testing, material flow analysis and product launch activities. He has worked as a plant material handling engineering supervisor, a corporate manager of material handling engineering, a supplier quality specialist, an international supply chain manager within corporate logistics, a program manager specializing in supply chain engineering and optimal route and cubing design and is currently a subject matter expert advising an intellectual properties firm.

James Street - Chief Financial Officer

Jim brings over 30 years of financial and operating experience to the team. Prior to joining 3P, Jim consulted to several automotive OEM’s providing advisory and restructuring services to failing, distressed, and underperforming suppliers. During his 20 years of service to Mazda Motor Corp. and Ford Motor Company, Jim had financial responsibility for Ford’s hybrid and fuel cell programs, served as controller for its Flat Rock Assembly Plant as well as a stint as superintendent of trim and final operations. Jim has extensive experience negotiating labor contracts including the United Auto Workers, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, International Association of Machinists and International Union of Operating Engineers. Jim earned a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and holds a MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.
